"Halloween (contracción de All Hallows' Eve, 'Víspera de Todos los Santos'), también conocido como Noche de Brujas o Noche de Difuntos, es una fiesta de origen celta que se celebra internacionalmente en la noche del 31 de octubre, sobre todo en países anglosajones como Canadá, Estados Unidos, Irlanda o Reino Unido. Este pasado viernes, nuestro colegio se adentró en un mundo terroríficamente divertido donde hadas, brujas, esqueletos, momias, vampiros y demás criaturas de la noche, disfrutamos participando en distintos talleres y saboreamos un delicioso almuerzo terrorífico."
Los niñ@s realizaron tres talleres a lo largo del día: uno, relacionado con juegos en pizarra digital interactiva de temática de Halloween y adaptados a su edad y nivel madurativo; en el segundo taller, se les contó el cuento “Brujas” y realizaron actividades relacionadas con él; y el último, un taller de arte donde los niños de tres años elaboraron una preciosa araña con sus manitas y los niños de cuatro años realizaron un esqueleto con bastoncillos.

¡Truco o trato!
"Halloween (contraction of All Hallows' Eve), also known as Night of Witches or Night of the Dead, is a festivity of Celtic origin that is celebrated internationally on the night of October 31, especially in Anglo-Saxon countries like Canada, USA, Ireland or the United Kingdom. Last Friday, our school delved into a terrifyingly funny world where fairies, witches, skeletons, mummies, vampires and other creatures of the night enjoyed participating in various activities and tasted a delicious and terrifying lunch."
Kids performed three kinds of activities/workshops throughout the day: one of them dealing with some interactive whiteboard games related to Halloween and adapted to their age and maturation level; in the second workshop, they were told the story "Witches" and enjoyed several activities related to it; and the last, a craft workshop, where the youngest children (3 years) created a beautiful spider with their hands, and the oldest kids (4 years) set up a skeleton with cotton swabs.
From our school, we would like to thank all families´ involvement in both school decoration and also the preparation of the extraordinary terrifying lunch that your kids brought that day. Here is the photographic evidence of our funny day…
